The Neuromuscular Center, led by Medical Director John Quinlan, MD, features a team of neurologists, pulmonologists, otolaryngologists, neurosurgeons, nurse clinicians, neuroscience nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and social workers. The team collaborates across disciplines in an effort to provide the best care possible for each individual patient.

The neuromuscular team provides the patient and family with educational summaries of clinical issues and treatment recommendations. The team works with the patient and family to help them understand the situation and encourages them to participate in the development of a management plan.
